Provide general administrative support (filing, preparing documents, record keeping)
Handle scheduling of meetings and appointments
Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors/visitors
Assist with reception/ front-desk duties if needed
Manage office supplies and ensure workplace is organized
Support ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
At least NITEC with 1 year of related working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
