Join our team as an organised and proactive Admin Executive.



We are looking for a highly organised and experienced individual to support our

HR and administrative functions

and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.





Key Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive

administrative support

, including accurate recordkeeping and file management. Assist with

monthly payroll processing

and register staff/workers for training courses. Manage and process

insurance matters

, including WICA, Public Liability, Motor and Medical Insurance policies and claims. Handle the

purchase of Primary Care Plan (PCP)

for eligible workers. Monitor tasks diligently with strong

follow-up skills

to ensure completion. Perform other

ad-hoc duties

as assigned by your immediate superior.


Requirements



Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

in an administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry. Strong

organisational and time-management skills

, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Good command of English and excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Familiarity with

basic HR and administrative processes and procedures

. Positive work attitude and

willingness to learn

.
