Prepare and disseminate monthly reports.
Collate and submit monthly online sales & marketing accruals and expenses.
Assist and Support Sales teams on new accounts opening procedure and banking
Manage sales order processing and coordinate delivery logistics.
Monitor customer activities and handle related claims.
Manage contract documentation
Provide support to Technical department
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft office
Meticulous, responsible and team player
Work location: Kaki Bukit
