Data entry and key in customer orders and generate DO, receipt and invoices
Manage and record correspondence emails, calls, mails, faxes etc
Monitor office inventory, handle payments and follow up on dues
Coordinate customer appointments and daily work schedules for the operations team
Requirements
Min 1 year experience in admin role
