Job Description

Job Scope Summary:



1. Subscription Management: Managing online publication and database subscriptions, including setup, renewals, and access provisioning.


2. User Support: Providing first-line support for access-related issues and troubleshooting technical problems.


3. Billing and Administration: Coordinating with vendors on invoicing and payment matters, maintaining billing records, and tracking working days.


4. Research Support: Facilitating special research requests and performing administrative tasks related to subscription management.


5. Information Management: Handling confidential information, maintaining accurate records, and compiling a comprehensive handover of vendor contacts and subscription documentation.





Job Requirements Summary:



1. Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or executive support role.


2. Subscription Management Experience: Prior experience in managing multiple subscriptions, online databases, or information services is highly advantageous.

1. Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including vendor liaison, billing, and reporting.
