Checking & follow-up on delivery & proper submission of supporting documents and endorsement by staff for
payment.
Perform admin task such as filing, photocopy.
Maintain office stocks e.g. forms, pantry and Sundry.
Do up POs, invoices and quotations.
Provide ad-hoc admin support to HODs
Prepare and maintain petty cash
Assist in worker's payrolls
Attend site meeting and coordinate with client
* Coordinate with supplier and make purchase and arrange with site supervisors.
