Job Description



Administrative support such as proper filing and scanning of the documentations, assist the site team to collate and consolidate monthly service and maintenance reports and monthly reports and handle other administrative duties as assigned Report to the Facilities Manager To take minutes during meetings

Job Requirements



NITEC/Diploma in Office skills/Business Administration with 3 years of working relevant experience Experience supporting facilities team is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT Meticulous, organized and a team player Possess good communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills



Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits


Work Schedule: 5-day, Mon - Fri: 8.30am-6pm


Work Location:

Northeast - Pulau Ubin,

required to take 7 minutes ferry to work location from Punggol Point Jetty
