Direct Search Global is working with one of Asia\'s fastest-growing ship-owner for Offshore Support Vessels to fill a role of Admin Executive to be based in Singapore. The office is located at Boat Quay, nearby to Clarke Quay MRT.

s:

• Perform full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry, documents filing, etc.
• Manage documentation efficiently such as printing and filing.
• Monitor office supply level.
• Handle requests, feedback, and queries professionally.
• Review and ensure all invoices are accurate.
• Work closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of documentation.
• Assist with any ad-hoc assignments.

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years\' experience in office management.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous and attention to detail.
• Keen to learn new skills.
• Team player with good communication skills
• Candidate will have to liaise with clients in China.
