Roles & Responsibilities
To perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, grant applications, overseeing of goods flow, etc.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Management.
Maintain and ensure proper documentation and filing system.
Prepare a range of materials and correspondence.
Prepare and monitor manpower and daily operations.
Prepare simple accounts.
Plan and execute work improvement processes, staff and equipment deployment.
Keep abreast on new technology and automation that can improve productivity as well as enhance operational reliability and quality.
Other ad hoc duties from time to time.

Meticulous and attentive to details
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficient in English and Mandarin
At least 2 Years of related working experience
Must be on a constant lookout to improve oneself or processes within the company
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Able to start work early (5am or earlier)
Able to work Mondays to Saturdays

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
