The Opportunity

  • Working with well-established healthcare company
  • Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.45pm
  • Work at 2 location: North & East
The Talent
  • Minimally GCE O/A level graduate
  • Minimally with 1 year experience in data entry or any other administrative tasks
  • Patient, focus and meticulous with paper work
The Job
  • Complete and submit Monthly report, Subsidy Change report and ILTC Quarterly report.
  • Data entry of client\'s profile into data management system.
  • Minutes taking for Medifund, internal meetings and other formal meetings.
  • Ensure proper filing of meeting minutes and appendix documents.
  • Answer emails and phone enquiries
  • Assist clients in schemes application.
  • Renewal of Special Pass Holder application with ICA
  • Assist in MOH audit exercises.
  • Assist team in case filing works and annual case files archiving exercise.
  • Assist in fundraising events and publicity needs.
  • Assist in any coordinating tasks & programs among the team.
  • Assist HOD & Team Lead in any ad hoc administrative tasks.
