Job Description

Manage HR matters for both white-collar staff and blue-collar (construction) workers. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, leave and training administration, employee benefits, and general HR operations. Maintain and update the HR database, prepare monthly reports, and complete authority survey submissions. Provide support for administrative functions across departments. Assist in organizing company events and participate in CSR activities. Contribute to HR initiatives, programs, and projects. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide reception coverage when required. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
