Responsibilities
  • Handle HR, Office Admin and payroll matters and provide support to the department
  • Organise company events
  • Process payroll and overtime monthly, CPF submission and IRAS
  • In charge of HR personnel records
  • Booking of flights, accommodation and VISA application
  • In charge of leave matters and application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
  • Update company policies
  • Liaise with stakeholders
  • Arrange interviews with candidates and liaise with recruitment firms
  • Ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant studies
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and communications skill
  • Able to work independently and good team player
