Job Scope
Handle end-to-end recruitment process from hiring requisition, conducting interviews to job offer, and on-boarding
Resolve employees and managers queries about P&C related issues
Filing for Personal Files and update internal databases
Update employees and managers on leave related issues in HR system
Assist payroll by providing the necessary employee information, preparing and sending the spread sheets for monthly time records, overtime and commission data to HR Shared Service Center
Coordinate exit management activities for employees including preparation of exit letters, exit interviews, and final salary computation
Filing of yearly income tax submission e.g. IR8A and IR21 for leavers
Submission of government-related claims
Follow up annual renewal for medical benefits and insurance, administer registration of new staff to the scheme, manage leavers in the scheme, direct queries of staff to the right channel, provide monthly utilisation and feedback reports
Follow up and organise P&C yearly cycle activities, annual pay increase, bonus communication for new year, bonus pay out for previous year, preparation of letters for all communication regarding pay and bonus, employee survey preparation and follow up action plans activities, bonus results compilation and calculation of pay-out
Work closely with global mobility team and support expat management on the spot, help with accommodation, services, schooling, vehicle and work permit, visa matters
Monthly work pass administration (Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Dependent Pass) which includes new application, renewal, cancellation and updates for employees and dependants
Generate monthly reconciliation statement on GIRO work pass billing and Foreign Workers Levy for Finance Department
Support in People Partnering activities, and working closely with P&C for employee related matters
Requirements
At least 3 years\' experience in HR Admin, HR Executive, HR Generalist roles
Minimum Diploma qualification in human resources or business related
Self-motivated, independent, fast learner and able to work in a fast pace working environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
