Job Description

What You'll Do:



Accounts & Finance:



Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, expense claims, and payroll processing Maintain accurate financial records, perform bank reconciliations, and track company expenses Assist in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting for management review Handle accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow to ensure timely payments Assist in tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations Work closely with the CFO to monitor financial health and sustainability of the company

Human Resources:



Oversee HR processes including employee onboarding, leave management, and payroll administration Handle recruitment activities such as posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and processing employment contracts Manage employee benefits, performance reviews, and support staff with HR-related inquiries Maintain employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up to date Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and labor laws Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment

Who We Are Looking For:



Relevant experience

in accounting and/or HR roles (minimum 1-3 years preferred) Familiarity with

accounting software

(e.g., Xero, Stripe) and HR tools Strong understanding of

Singapore labor laws

and financial regulations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members across departments

Proactive, solution-oriented

mindset with a focus on efficiency
