Employee Database
  • Update and maintain employee database.
  • Extracting officers\xe2\x80\x99 training records.
  • Employee profile maintenance on Info-tech system.
Recruitment
  • Draft and publish job advertisements on recruitment portals.
  • Assess suitable candidates for hiring managers\xe2\x80\x99 consideration.
  • Schedule for interviews.
  • Preparation of employment contracts.
  • On-boarding/off-boarding with employees.
  • Work permit application and renewal.
Time Management System
  • Uploading of perm sites\xe2\x80\x99 roster to Info-tech system.
  • Check and verify daily clock-in/out of officers.
Payroll/Leave/Claims Management
  • Check and verify medical/hospitalization leave documents.
  • Check and verify claim receipts.
  • Generate and save monthly leave reports.
  • Submit NS and GPPL claims on respective portals.
  • Year end leave processing, IR8A, CPF submission.
  • Payroll processing and related matters.
Grants and Policies
  • Preparation and documentation for government grants submission.
  • Draft, issuance and update of company policies.
Administration
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
  • Scheduling for quarterly office maintenance.
  • Arranging for employee training (internal and external).
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties.
