Job Highlights 5 days work week Working hour: 8:15am to 6:00pm
Responsibilities:

• Familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word, excel
• Maintain internal database
• Organize, store and print company documents as needed
• Prepare Delivery Order (DO), collect form with relevant department
• Coordinate with driver & scheduling (if needed).
• Printing and photocopying

Requirement:

• Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
• Experience with office management tools (MS Office software)
