& Requirements Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment form.
• gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, OT.
• screen resumes and application form.
• assist with coordination of interview arrangements.
• support new hire onboarding process including issuance of staff pass and coordination of onboarding session.
• support in setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files documents and filing.
• support HR improvement projects and new initiatives.
• any other duties which may be assigned from time and time.
• Able to support with adhoc tasks with minimum supervision.
