Responsibilities:
- Familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word, excel
- Maintain internal database
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Prepare Delivery Order (DO), collect form with relevant department
- Coordinate with driver & scheduling (if needed).
- Printing and photocopying
Requirement:
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software)
