Job Scope (Responsibilities): Answering phone calls, replying emails, answer customer queries, provide information, taking and processing orders Liaise with clients directly if there's delivery or stock issues Communicate with logistics for delivery arrangement Prepare packing list for warehouse Arrange to bring down pallet and update of pallet record Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice Daily sales report submission Mailing invoices to clients Filing of invoices Preparing of sticker labelling
