Salary: up to $2800
Duration: 1 year contract (renewable/convertible)
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours, Sat half day
Location: Yishun
:
- Responsible for providing administrative support in the polyclinic.
- Liaise with external vendors on regular clinic maintenance and support activities
- Sorting of document in preparation for digital archiving.
- Compile statistics and prepare for submission, as required by clinic management and HQ
- Ensure stock level of consumables is kept at an optimal level to meet usage demands.
- Secondary duties includes rotation to frontline counters to register patients, booking of appointments, patient engagement
