Industry: US MNC Aerospace Manufacturing
Location: Bedok South
Salary Range: Up to $3,500.00
This is a 1-Year Contract role.
Main Tasks:
\xc2\xb7 Employee Support:
- Provide support for self service portals (email/eLeave password reset and various portals)
- Workpass renewals
- Logistics support for employee engagement events
- Focuses on blue collar and Internship hiring support
- Shortlisting of candidates and arrangement of interviews
- Responsible for recruitment tracker status (e.g. Work pass application status, medical clearance status and safety course)
- Responsible for headcount tracker status and updates to HRBPs
- Letter of Appointment/Offer preparation and presentation to candidates
- Point of contact with candidates for pre-onboarding, e.g. personal documents, work pass application information, MSOC training registration
- Responsible for full onboarding process up to 1st day of reporting (Working closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding)
- Diploma holder with 2-3 years of relevant working experience, high preference for blue collar worker employee support experience.
- Able to commit 100% work at site
