Provide administrative support on the day-to-day office operations such as Clearing of mailbox & distribution of letters/documents, Filing of documents, Data entry, Answering phone calls, Managing & issuing stationeries, Arranging courier service, Issuing badges for customers/overseas employees and etc.
Travel arrangements such as booking of flights, hotels etc.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Minimum GCE O Level with at least 2 years relevant experience
Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in handling travel arrangements and administration of insurance will be an added advantage.
