Role Description



This is a 3 days work week Administrative Assistant role located in Woodlands. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks such as supporting administrative operations, managing digital files and handling team correspondence records. The individual will also be responsible for providing excellent office support, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting with executive-level tasks as needed.





Qualifications



Proficiency in Administrative Assistance


Good Team Communication skills


Attention to detail and good organisational skills


Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively







3-day work weeks



Work hours 9am to 6pm



Office located next to Woodlands MRT (Causeway Point) 3-minutes walk!
