:
1. Assist all departments including MOE Kindergarten to prepare materials and learning resources for all levels lessons, programmes and activities.
2. Assist department heads to conduct half-yearly inventory checks.
3. Assist and support Teacher-Chefs and Programme Co-ordinator on the Gastro activities and lessons.
4. Conduct half-yearly inventory check in Gastro Lab.
5. Upkeep the cleanliness and inventories in Gastro Lab
6. Provide administrative support to the School Admin Team with admin tasks ranging from manning the General Office front desk to preparing resources or data collation.
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good customer service skills.
9. Ability to multi-task and flexible to the school operational needs and demands.
