Job Scope:1. Customer Service Duty2. To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries, and provide generaluseful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are voluminous).3. Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.4. To call parents/staff/ students to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.5. Assist in receiving of goods and incoming mails.6. Maintaining tidiness of the reception area at all times7. To support any other general admin duties as and when required.8. To support the school in administrative matters when the need arises.Requirements:
