Printing Admin Operator (choa Chu Kang)
Job Description
:
\xe2\x96\xaa Process printing requests from the staff
\xe2\x96\xaa Monitor and replenish the consumables associated with the operation of the printing machines.
\xe2\x96\xaa Fulfil any printing requests submitted by staff
\xe2\x96\xaa Update job status and assist in tabulating, on a monthly basis, the amount of printing carried out using the machines supplied by the vendor.
\xe2\x96\xaa Perform regular checks to ensure school\xe2\x80\x99s printing machines are functional and support on the operational needs as required.
\xe2\x96\xaa Perform laminating, binding and finishing operations.
\xe2\x96\xaa Collate and fastening printed products by machine or hand.
\xe2\x96\xaa Clear waste, maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the work area.
\xe2\x96\xaa Perform production (copying, printing, laminating, etc) and delivery or collection of completed job orders.
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide other simple administrative and operational support
Working Arrangement:
Location: Choa Chu Kang
Working Hours:
Duration: Feb to Oct 2024 (excluding June, Nov and Dec)
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursday: 0830hr to 1800hr
Friday: 0900hr to 1800hr
Inclusive of 1 hour lunch break from Monday to Friday.
(Tentative working hours, subjected to change based on school time table)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
Salary: $1850/Month
Job Requirements:
- Minimum PSLE or equivalent certificate
- Preferably 2 years working experience in printing
- Meticulous, independent, efficient and pro-active.
- Basic PC skills (using of email and update excel spreadsheet)
