Roles & Responsibilities Singapore Cancer Society is temporarily located at 48 Pandan Road, we will move to our new office in Outram by Dec22 - Jan23. We provide chartered bus services from 3 locations daily to and fro Pandan Road.
Admin Support Officer, Community Health (1 Yr Contract) Reporting to the Head of Dept, you will provide administrative support for the following programmes:

• Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Education & Immunisation Catch Up Cohort
• Colorectal Cancer Awareness Campaign

Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign
Responsibilities: 1) Administrative Support

• Call and remind participants who have taken their first dose of HPV vaccination to complete their second and third dose
• Call participants who have indicated their interest to go for their HPV vaccination
• Provide backroom and administrative support for the (HPV, CCAM, BCAM programmes)
• Collate and process invoices from the partners/ general practitioners (GPs) (HPV programme)
• Attend to partners and GP enquiries
• Outreach to GPs to come onboard the programme
• Plan and prepare monthly reports for the HPV programme and for relevant partners
• Provide timely support and maintain a high level of engagement with the partners
• Ensure timely communication to all partners

2) Others duties include:

• Ensure that the related records are keyed into the internal data system (LEAP)
• Draw up the annual report write-up for related projects
• Answer phone calls for event registrations and other queries

Assist in administration duties as required by the department
Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma in Business or Marketing
• Fresh graduates are welcome
