Events Officer, Community Health (Mid Sept to Mid October) As a Colorectal Cancer Awareness Campaign (CCAM) events officer reporting to the Manager, you will support the team in the Colorectal Cancer Awareness Campaign, to distribute Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) Kits to eligible participants. This will be at a selected polyclinic from 12 September 2022 to 14 October 2022, Mondays to Fridays 8:30am-4:00pm, and Saturdays 8:00am-12pm. Hourly rated part timer. Responsibilities: 1. Operational . Encourage eligible members of the public to collect their FIT Kits . Distribute and explain the usage of FIT Kits to eligible participants, and address any queries that they have . Distribute related brochures to the public and provide explanation to the members of public on SCS services 2. Administrative . Assist eligible participants with on-site registration and consent form filing for participants . Report FIT Kits distribution rate on a daily basis . Stock, inventory and logistics management . Ability to keep in contact through Whatsapp Qualifications and Experience: . ITE and above Competencies: . Operations . Administrative Attributes: . Able to work in a fast paced environment .
