Hande calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch Preparation and verification of documents (e.g. prepare Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet and track their daily attendance Maintaining and updating of data records Compilation of statistics Filing and typing Drafting of correspondences Attending to pupils who are unwell Any other duties as assigned by School

Qualification & Skills



At least an O-Level Must be able to handle telephone enquiries from Mandarin speaking parents / vendors At least 3 years of experience providing admin support Proficient in MS Office Basic First Aid knowledge Good communication and inter-personal skills Good team player with high level of initiative Good customer service skills * High level of initiative and able to work independently
