:
Attend to walk-in members of the public (MOPs)
Process applications, renewals, issuance, and printing of Vocational Licences using internal systems (training will be provided)
Use common office tools (Microsoft Outlook, Skype, etc.)
Handle enquiries on VL-related matters via phone calls and emails
Assist Mandarin-speaking elderly or foreign drivers when needed
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma and above
Tech-savvy, customer-centric, proactive, with a positive working attitude
Good communication and writing skills in English (written and spoken)
May involve some physical work due to guardhouse duties and document handling
Duration/working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
Monday - Thursday : 8am - 5.30pm
Friday : 8am - 5pm
