Job Description


  • Handling incoming phone calls & customer enquires
  • Sort and distribute incoming mails & emails
  • Carry out administrative duties such as data entry, invoice processing, filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
  • Prepare sales invoice and update customer records
  • Control & replenishment of stationery, uniforms & pantry supplies
  • To check/verify employees overtimes, prepare payroll summary, recording of employees annual leave & medical leave and process medical claims
  • Perform other administrative support as required
