BASIC BOOK KEEPING/ADMIN

Job Scope/Responsibilities

  • Using Quickbook Accounting system
  • General Administrative duties
  • Simple placing of orders (Guidance provided)
  • Organized Filing documentation
  • Issue Invoices and payment to suppliers
  • Assist in Ad-Hoc matters
  • Working hour : 10:00am - 7:00pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Off on weekends and Public holiday base on MOM calendar
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • Fresh graduate or Non-experience is welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  • Self Driven , Independent , Team Player , Emotion Maturity & resourcesful
  • Prioritise workloads and be able to multitask
  • Potential career advancement
