Job Description


Under the authority of the Head of the Administration and Finance department, the administration officer will manage the daily administrative and logistical tasks of the Embassy of France.

  • Administration : communicating with local authorities and various providers, managing drivers and meeting room reservations and planning, incoming mails.
  • Orders : managing stocks, orders and deliveries, handling different providers,
  • HR : managing the local employee leave requests and calendar, updating the resume database,
  • Management : coordinating with several technical and admin teams within the Embassy.

The applicant must be fluent in French and English .
  • Working hours : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday (38 hours/week)
  • Salary: 3 357 SGD/month + 13th month + CPF (for Singaporeans/PRs)
  • Annual leave: 21 days + public holidays
  • Health insurance
