*Academic-related or work experience in Accounts, HR or Finance is advantageous.*The Administrative Officer's responsibilities include excel data entry, clerical work, overseeing the company email and phone call for business activities, as well as typing and proofreading various company documents. You will work closely with the operations unit to assist in administrative and clerical works of the office.:
- Data entry into excel (On the job training provided)
- Monitor emails and phone calls and reply as appropriate
- Letter writing and clerical works as required by management
- Liaising with vendors and clients
- Forwarding enquiries to relevant colleagues
- Manage office supplies and order stocks as needed
- Provide administrative support to Accounts and HR.Administrative Officer Requirements:
