Food factory in Boon Lay area seeking hardworking and motivated individuals for administrative and accounts full time positions. Prior experience is not required but good to have. 6 day work week with bonus based on performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Process customers orders, prepare delivery orders and invoices.
Prepare monthly reports for billing.
Organize, maintain, and file paper and digital files and records.
Attend to phone calls and emails enquiries.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Min GCE "N" Level or equivalent
Preferably with 1 year of administrative experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Able to work well independently and in team.
Meticulous, good organisation and multitasking skills
Willing to support OT as and when required.
