Provide general support to the Management and Operations Team
Handle day to day site project-related administrative functions which are vital for the smooth running of a project
Process invoice, petty cash, submit project claims, quotations, data entry etc
Monitor and submit monthly progress claims to the clients and update the claim progress file
Prepare and generate daily progress report in a timely manner
Regular call-up and follow-up closely on customers for project claim payments, with status update till full completion / claims of work order
To upkeep documentation control and filing while retaining a good level of accuracy and efficiency
Liaise & work closely with operations/project team to monitor project work flow
Requirements
Minimum an N / O Level / ITE / Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & ERP is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
