Receive enquiries (phone and walk-ins) related to Phonics and Math Classes; Update attendance management system (IT system); Collect school fees (using IT system); Upload weekly photos and curriculum slides to our IT system; Planning and organising of SkillsFuture training courses; Centre maintenance (cleaning and upkeep); Core working hours are on Fridays and Weekends Maintaining make up hotline, responding to make up requests Preferably someone who is comfortable with IT systems and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Contract length: 6 months and above
Job Requirement:

Able to work on: Weekend Mornings from 8:00am to 1:30pm.

Curious Thoughts Academy is an English Learning Centre specialising in Phonics and English lessons. We have a "Pay-it-forward" system where every 3 paying students from the public helps pay for a beneficiary's lessons.

We believe in an evidence-based literacy programme and we are looking for like-minded individuals who want to change lives through literacy! Curious Thoughts Academy is a teacher-owned company and have no private investors.

This means that all decisions pertaining to our curriculum are made based on the best interests of the child. We're not stressed by financial concerns such as looking at "Return on Investments" for private investors or at maximising profitability. We believe in providing quality education at a reasonable price.

As such, we have grown tremendously in students enrolment in these past 4 years as we are lean and flexible to constantly innovate and tweak our curriculum to ensure that we are at the forefront of research.
