Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in Finance matters such as invoice processing for Accounts payable & receivables. Data entry; working with spreadsheets Using software to update reports and track financial data. Follow up on outstanding documents. Filing and admin duties. Perform any other duties assigned as and when required.REQUIREMENTS: Diploma holder preferred but minimum GCE "O" Level Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required for this position. Meticulous with strong administration, co-ordination, and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Some accounting knowledge is preferred though not essential
