    We are representing our client, a Singapore agricultural produce company listed on a recognised stock exchange, to look for a Stock Administrative Assistant to complement the existing team. He/She shall assist the Manager to track and monitor the day-to-day stock activities, movement in and out of warehouse and wastage. He/She must ensure that all stock movement, recording and documentation adhere to SOP prescribed.
    Responsibilities

    Compile and verify daily documentation and records of stock order inputs/received, inter-departmental transfers, production output records and physical stock take reports.
    Reconcile stock count and identify any variances.
    Submit monthly variance reports with findings and recommendations to Management.
    Create daily transfer orders (TO) for (1) movement of stock in/out of warehouse, and (2) routes for vans’ stock loading.
    Compute daily production waste and investigate causes of wastage.
    Consolidate and submit source documents and records for Finance accounts verification and processing.
    Handle office administration.
    Submit monthly procurement requests/orders on packaging and office/warehouse items.
    Requirements

    Minimum NITEC in Logistics or related field.
    Relevant working experience.
    Good Knowledge of logistics, transportation and best industry practices.
    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    Proficient in computer skills including MS Words and Excel.
