Involved in mailroom operations including ensuring the prompt & accurate distribution of incoming mail packages & franking/posting/courier of outgoing mails and all other activities related to mail operations e.g. recording, sorting, coordinating with vendors and staff.
Perform internal and external dispatch duties
Deliver local & foreign newspapers, periodicals, magazines
Coordinate tender & RFQ processes; receive & record tender documents
Negotiate for best rates, review/award contracts for mail handling such as Fedex, DHL, local courier services etc
Record incoming mails & inform recipient to collect daily
Manage dispersing of corporate passes (zoo, bird park, etc)
Support multiple site mailroom as and when required
Any other adhoc support duties when required

Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' level, NTC or relevant disciplines
At least 2 years of experience, preferably in mailroom functions
Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills.
Meticulous and well-organized.
Good communication skills
A good team player and willingness to learn
