Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Send out notifications to ships about changes in navigation, port regulations, safety guidelines, training materials, and updates to documents.
  • Keep track of acknowledgment receipts for notifications.
  • Support in revising updates to important documents.
  • Record and organize information on maritime incidents and accidents reported by vessels.
  • Manage invoices for the department.
  • Maintain the reference publication library for the department.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Perform any other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in marine engineering or similar field (maritime or engineering majors are preferred)
  • At least 2 years\' work experience in oil trading industry and in similar role
  • Meticulous, diligent and professional
  • Good drafting and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Words and Excel
