Assist in general administrative and customer service duties, including handling of walk-in clients\' enquiries, inbound phone calls and emails. You will also be required to administrate staff access passes, process invoice relating to procurement and other monthly expenses.
Assist in preparation of management report monthly by compiling documents submitted by respective officers for submission to client.
Responsible to monitor and track the open and closure of faults cases reported in Facilities Management system, generate report regularly and remind respective officers to close the cases promptly.
Administrator for E-CPGSOR system, creating accounts, creating contracts, uploading of updated FSR volumes, work with ITD to resolve bugs in the system.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Good in doing administrative work.
Minimum O level and above.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
