Coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to general administration and office management of the branch.
Responsible for managing expatriates matters specifically on the administrative aspects such as housing and accommodation, maintenance relating to their housing and related matters.
Oversee the maintenance and updating of the HRA policies and procedures as per Head Office requirements and local regulatory requirements. Examples are the Document Retention policy, Fixed Assets policy etc.
Manage and maintain the bank\xe2\x80\x99s documents retention/storage and destruction matters.
Oversee and manage insurance matters on office premises, Bank\xe2\x80\x99s owned properties and Bank\xe2\x80\x99s own vehicles.
Oversee office management including but not limited to office tenancy and maintenance, pantry management, stationery and its stock taking, office equipment, office plants and related matters.
Handle the mailing system and record keeping.
Oversee the branch\xe2\x80\x99s corporate secretarial matters including trademark, liaison with M&C on ACRA matters etc.
Oversee the management and maintenance of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s authorized signatory.
Assist the Management in Admin matters and initiate enhancement programs
Other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by HOD or Management.
Requirements:
Diploma with minimum 4 years of related experience in similar banking setting
Good communication skills, adaptable, resourceful and proactive
Candidate with driving license class 3A/3B is preferred to run errands
