Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support under the Operations Department for matters related to:
Onboarding and offboarding of advisers to and from the Company
Applying and deleting of adviser accounts with the various business partners
Tracking of CPD hours for advisers
Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
Minimum A level qualifications
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
Must be meticulous and have eye for details in documentation and keeping to timelines and processes
Able to work independently (taking ownership of the role) as well as in a team
