Job Description


The RoleWorking location: BendemeerTo process refunds within 3 working days from receipt date
To process refunds within 3 working days upon requested date
To process refunds within 2 working days from requested date
Replies to email queries within 48 hours
Handles enquires from patients about refund process/statusKey accountabilitiesEnsure that KPIs are met
Handle queries from patients about the refund process and status
Perform any other tasks as assigned by SupervisorQualifications & ExperienceDiploma Level (Healthcare Related, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, Hospitality)Competent and fluent in spoken and written English Computer Literacy - Microsoft office Knowledge / SAP (Advantage)Preferably 2 years of working experience in administrative support and customer service Experience in healthcare would be advantageous
