Job Description

We are looking for someone to work as an Administrative Assistant who will be reporting at our Arevalo, Villa office. Please read the details and requirements properly:Main Responsibilities:

  • Call leads (warm and cold) and set appointments on behalf of the client
  • Help manage client's day-to-day business
  • Maintain client's CRM
Other Responsibilities:
  • Answer and make phone calls to the US
  • Schedule meetings
  • Manage travel plans
  • Manage Calendar
  • Manage Emails
  • Research and lead generation
  • Social Media Management/Marketing
  • Setting appointments
  • Other administrative works when needed
Key Attributes:
  • Can speak and write very good English (neutral to no accent)
  • Very comfortable with making phone calls to the US
  • Detailed oriented and consistent
  • Well organized and systematic
  • Well versed with Google Drive, Good calendar, Gmail, etc.
  • Knows how to use CRM (preferred but not required)
  • Have marketing skills for social media, print media, SEO (preferred but not required)
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Have finished, at least, 2 years in College
  • Have no less than 3 years of work experience in total
  • Should have a very good employment track record
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php126.92 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
