The Bookkeeper/Administrative Specialist is responsible for bookkeeping tasks involving accounts payable, receivable, journals, and general ledger items. It also includes reviewing and reconciling accounts, doing the payroll, processing payments to external partners, coordinating with the External Auditor, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. The administrative duties involve basic clerical support, involving government agencies.
