Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Others or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Handling and Updating status of Purchase Orders
Preparing quotations, delivery receipt and other documents
Perform inventory of materials
Source, negotiate, and buy materials, goods, and services in behalf of the company.
Handling PR / Requisition Slip
Weekly Quotation Report
Other Administrative Duties Assigned
Others:
Willing to work in Pasig City
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm duty.
