Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Others or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
  • Handling and Updating status of Purchase Orders
  • Preparing quotations, delivery receipt and other documents
  • Perform inventory of materials
  • Source, negotiate, and buy materials, goods, and services in behalf of the company.
  • Handling PR / Requisition Slip
  • Weekly Quotation Report
  • Other Administrative Duties Assigned
Others:
  • Willing to work in Pasig City
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm duty.
  • Punctuality in attendance
  • For immediate hiring
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to be a reliever for 5-10 months but with opportunity for regularization.
Job Type: TemporarySalary: From Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
