Responsibilities and Duties Source suitable sites for expansion. Negotiate lease terms and reviewing lease documentations/agreements. Takeover & handover premises from/to landlords. Manage whole tender process. Review all plans, layouts and ensure final results met the corporate image. Periodic engagements with the landlords and related parties. Assist in daily administrative duties Assist the Manager in liaising with the landlord, facility department and shop leaders on shop operations/maintenance issues. Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
