Administrator (Semiconductor Trading Company; 5 days, 9am-6pm; No OT; air-con office environment; Macpherson)
From $2300/month, salary will commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling of incoming and outgoing shipment: create sales invoice, packing list, goods received and sales/purchases return in ERP system.
- Arrange and liaise with freight forwarders on shipment bookings:
- Conduct final checking of cargo and shipment document
- Data entry into Excel file for Purchase and Sales
- Data processing of shipping document in ERP system
- any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- No experience required, as training will be provided
- No minimum education required.
- Candidates with knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office will have added advantage.
- Meticulous and accurate
- Good command of English (read and write)
- Candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage, in view of business communication with the Mandarin speaking associates
